All Earlington Transmission rebuilt units come with a conditional 3 year, 100,000 mile (whichever comes first) parts and labor warranty.
- All warranty work must be performed by Earlington Transmission.
- Towing will be covered up to 10 miles.
Exclusions:
- Unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.
- Warranty does not cover electronics, linkage or computer if equipped.
- Warranty does not cover breakage due to add on horsepower, plowing, racing or abuse.
- Warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation or adjustments made by the customer or an agent acting on behalf of the customer.
- Warranty does not cover damage due to leaking cooler or cooler lines or water intrusion from radiator.
- Warranty does not cover car rental or cost incurred from care rental.
- Warranty is not transferable.
